Description: Horizontal image: pre-Damon era Astron Delta available from 1965 through 1967 without hang tag. The facecard is part of the instruction sheet. The facecard is pink framed rectangle with white edges and illustrated with a drawn Delta two stage rocket image without nose cone. The name "ASTRON DELTA" is shown in black letters, along with printed price of "$1.50" and K-16 kit number. Estes marketed the Astron Delta as the launch vehicle for the CAMROC single shot photography camera. Note the Estes patent #3,292,302 for multi staging.

The kit features main and booster body tubes, three stage couplers, three sheets of balsa fin stock, 12" parachute, main and booster engine mounts, launch lug, and instructions.
