Description: Vertical Image: pre-Damon Era Astron Streak from mid 60's; I believe this kit variety was only produced fron 1964 through 1967. White facecard is also the instruction sheet with gray framed borders, a drawn ASTRON STREAK rocket in gray and printed black and white pricing oval with "Just 50c". This kit version has the kit number on the facecard. Kit features included mylar body tube, balsa nose cone, balsa pieces for fins, launch lug, and instructions.
Note that the 1964 and onward catalogs eliminate the reference to a 1/4A8-2 engine for normal flying and instead change the normal recommended engine to 1/4A8-4. Other higher thrust and duration engines are now listed in subseqent catalogs.
