$195 		Rare Type 1 Reverse, Choice Original, Toned AU, Light Gray/Gold Patina, Wooster Collection. Locating Type I reverse 1878 dimes is quite challenging. These are always added to inventory whenever seen as they sell quickly. This example is perfectly original and untouched. Surfaces are covered with gray/golden patina that is darker at the rims. Speaking of rims, they are sharp with heavy rim cuds on the obverse. These rim cuds show little wear so the assigned AU50 grade is accurate. Also note the poorly hubbed denomination on the reverse die. This is probably another Type II over Type I hubbing situation. Priced right for quality and rarity and a JUST BUY IT NOW recommendation.
