This is the case for a new 1893 Philly offering from the Twin Lakes Collection. Under 10x loupe, every tiny device detail is clearly defined including all the eagle tail feathers, claws and right facing arrows shafts. Brilliant frosty luster and swirling luster are readily apparent under a light source. Obverse rub on Liberty's cheek and lower bust justify the assigned grade.
