Three varieties are most challenging (O-105, O-106, and O-123). GFRC is pleased to be offering an O-106 example with R4+ rarity. Researching the Auction & Mail Prices Realized for Bust Half Dollars indicates that choice examples will be found with PL fields along with a substantial pricing premium. The Newtown specimen also offers lightly mirrored fields which I will sometimes describe as steely. Reflective luster is sharp from unabraded surfaces.
