Surfaces are smooth for the grade and much nicer than usually seen. Indeed, CAC notes only 30 pieces in all grades for this issue. Locating a nicer example at this grade level would be most challenging. Briggs 1-A, with the date sloping upward to the right, and a reverse die crack running along the arc of the lower left quadrant. Note, a few marks are on the obverse side of the holder.
