$250 		Superb Eye Appeal, Reflective Fields, No Question Original and Choice . 1850 New Orleans quarters don't typically come nice. Either the strike is weak or the surfaces have issues from extended periods in circulation. This 1850-O Briggs 1-B has neither issues. Strike is well defined or about as good as one can expect. Surfaces are unabraded and pleasing to my eyes. Fields still retain some steely luster when examined under a light source. Reverse offers wonderful circulated cameo appearance given the dark ebony-blue fields. No CAC attempt to my knowledge but worthy. Conservatively graded and housed in PCGS Gen 6.0 holder. December 1969
