Silver-gray and pastel blue blanket both surfaces of this New Orleans half, neatly contrasting with generous crust in the reverse shield. Remaining luster is frosty, if not active. Star centers are all present with some faintness, while the eagle's claws are more sharply defined. WB-8, with a reverse die gouge at the left edge of the shield. Housed in a PCGS Gen 4.4 (2005-2011) holder. December 1969
