There are times, when writing descriptions, that a coin is so nice that few comments are necessary. GFRC images have accurately captured this 1831's bright light coloring. Those images should be convincing of the mark-free surfaces and near gem status. Fields are steely with reasonable luster given the thick patina. A weak reverse strike does not bother me as coloring is superb. Housed in PCGS Gen 6.0 (2015-2020) Gold Shield holder with CAC approval. A TruView is available with LM-6 attribution in holder label.
