High points exhibit darker shades, and a few crusty bits are hidden in Liberty’s hair. The overall flash remains substantial, and the eye appeal is strong. The CAC population of this date is generous, at 5,571 examples, but of these only 26 pieces can claim gold status. Housed in a pristine NGC no line Gen 5 (1992-1995) holder with Gold CAC approval.
