$900 		Misplaced Date, Gem Original, Twin Lakes Collection.. This GFRC-rated Gem example from the Twin Lakes consignor reveals pleasing luster for the grade that is readily activated under a light. Centers are largely untoned, while deeper maroon and charcoal patina fills the stars and legend. Nicely struck, with most star points evident and individually defined claw joints. WB-1, with an errant 1 in the dentils. CAC notes 103 pieces total, of which 17 are at the Mint State level, and assigns a value of $562 in AU58. All coins are on a continuum, and even among CAC-approved pieces some will stand out more than others. Housed in PCGS Gen 6.1 (2020-2023) holder with CAC approval.
