This gem might hold the title as I'm thoroughly impressed with the superb eye appeal and comprehensive diagnostics. Steely reflective luster and dancing cartwheel tickle the eyes during bright light inspection. Coloration is equally impressive with center bluish-gray surrounded by peripheral gold on the obverse and classic center rose and rich blues across the wreath on the reverse. Both sides were struck by heavily clashed dimes, actually some of the strongest die clashing seen on a Drapery example. Heavy reverse die lines from rim into UNI(TED ST)ATES allow for easy attribution. I'm uncertain if this lot has been to CAC but the new owner should make it a priority.
