The CAC population includes only 4 at grade with 3 finer. This 1872 dime is simply superb with frosty rose gold patina across the obverse and lighter gold on the reverse. Strike is absolutely hammered including fully defined grains in the upper left wreath. Unabraded with brilliant frosted luster. Housed in PCGS Gen 6.0 (2015-2020) holder with CAC approval.
