 Gem $985 Reflective Mirrors, Even White, Complete Strike. 800 proof strikes were produced in 1878 with all being coined from a single Type 2 reverse die pairing. This accurately graded survivor offerings essentially unblemished surfaces with brilliant reflectance. An even white colored example with boldly struck motifs. All 1878 proof strikes will have die rust pits in the lower right gown and a die line in the lower right wreath. Housed in PCGS Gen 6.1 (2020-2023) holder.
