This near-gem Albany commemorative further illustrates the passion with which Bart Chapman pursued the series. Many feature copper-gold and rose-aquamarine coloration, which is again the case here. This lot is an absolute joy to view under a bright light as the steely reflectance highlights intermixed aquamarine-gold that is more clustered at the peripheries. GFRC images are honestly pathetic with respect to the luster and overall eye appeal. My advice is to support the divestment of the Chapman Collection by placing a strong winning bid.
