Choice $475 Popular Carson City Date, Steely Frosted Luster, Flashy Cartwheels. I believe that the PCGS graders were accurate with respect to this newly consigned 1883 Carson City struck Morgan. The eye appeal is that of full gem given the brilliant steely-frosted luster and vibrant cartwheels. However, some chatter below Liberty's chin is properly captured with the 64+ grade. That chatter is not readily overt on the image but will appear under a bright light. Fairly priced and in search of a caring numismatic home. Housed in PCGS Gen 4.6 (2013-2014) holder.
