$5000 		Brilliant Frosted Luster, Eye Appeal of a Higher Grade, Near-Gem Original. Sparkling frosted luster and spinning cartwheels are the highlights of this near-gem 1864 Seated quarter. Clearly, overall eye appeal is of a higher grade. With a 10x and under a bright light several faint micro-lines are noted below the eagle claws and most likely the basis for the certified grade. Housed in PCGS Gen 6.1 (2020-2024) holder with CAC approval. Immediately sold upon being showcased in the Daily Blog. December 1969
