$1900 		Low Mintage Issue, Mirrored Fields, Brilliant Reflective Luster, Gem Original, Oregon Beaver Collection.. The 1880 -1882 timeframe brought tiny mintages for Philadelphia struck $2.5 gold as the emphasis was on producing millions of Morgan dollars. After striking only 640 pieces during 1881, mintage increased to 4,000 pieces during 1882. GFRC is pleased to be offering a quality survivor that brings eye appeal well above its assigned grade level. This is a mirrored example with sharp reflectance. Strike is hammered with high relief center devices. Visual eye appeal is quite notable though a close 10x inspection revealed reverse chatter in the upper and right fields consistent with the certified grade. This is a nice example at a compelling price as the CDN CAC guide is currently $1880. Housed in PCGS Gen 6.0 (2015-2020) holder with CAC approval. December 1969
