 Original $850 Brilliant Steely-Frosted Luster, Light Violet, Bold Presentation. This 1826 O-102 Capped Bust half certainly deserves a "luster bomb" shout out as collectors might surmise from the GFRC images. Steely-frosted radiance explodes off both sides when placed under angled lighting. Furthermore, I see hints of violet and rose dependent on the viewing angle. The sharp contrast, as illustrated, is readily evident and pleasing. Light rub is seen on the check while the finds also show faint wear and a few subtle lines. Housed in PCGS Gen 6.1 (2020-2023) holder with the Overton 102 attribution on the label.
