The offering of the non-CAC approved New Orleans Collection Seated dime continues with this choice 1839-O F-106 with later die states being well recognized as the Cobweb Shattered Reverse. This strike was accomplished with a partially cracked or "interim die state" dies. The cobweb cracks are visible throughout the wreath. A crusty gray skin covers both sides with lighting toning on the reverse. The underlying fields are steely. Housed in PCGS Gen 4.4 (2005-2011) holder. December 1969
