Advanced Barber quarter set builders should carefully consider this unquestionable gem 1902-O from the New Orleans Collection. This is yet another superb release from this active collector. PCGS has certified only 12 at the MS65 level, including this example. Bright light inspection exposes steely-frosted fields with bold reflectance and swirling cartwheels. Copper-rose is the predominate toning color with brilliant orange-rose appearing under a light along with undisturbed viewing given the pristine fields. Strike is also fully executed.
