Choice $7150 Key Date, Rare Grade, Frosted Luster, Swirling Cartwheels, Choice Overall, Scenic Lakeview Collection. The 1893-O dollar is the lowest mintage New Orleans Morgan dollar as only 300,000 piece were struck. Survivors are scarce in all grades while this key date becomes rare in Mint State with CAC approval. This offered example presents frosted luster and swirling cartwheels when view under a bright light. Accurately graded as the abrasions are concentrated on the obverse at the cheek. The reverse image lacks some definition due to holder haze. CAC has approved a total of 373 in all grades with the majority being circulated. Only 10 have been approved at the certified grade, a small number given the widespread demand for Morgan dollars. Housed in PCGS Gen 6.0 (2015-2020) holder with CAC approval.
