This client is releasing a host of AU and Mint State Barber quarters and halves. Leading the way is this near-gem 1892 New Orleans issue with frosted luster and pewter-gold toning. Under a bright light, the obverse radiance is brilliant while the reverse is best described as steely with vibrant cartwheels. The overall strike is close to complete with only a touch of weakness at the wingtips and right claw. A near-gem, and if offering a bit stronger luster, would warrant a CAC stickering submission. Housed in PCGS Gen 4.0 (1998-2002) holder.
