Let's start with a rich honey gold coloration that is consistent on both sides, the way I like to see original gold. Granular frosted luster radiates during bright light inspection with the cartwheels being vibrant and pleasing. The strike is also complete. What separates this piece and a higher grade is a contact mark by the upper hair curls and a micro line in the lower right field. Otherwise, the in hand viewing is undisturbed. A lot with both bullion and numismatic value pricing. Housed in PCGS Gen 4.4 (2005-2011) holder. December 1969
