This PF64 Cameo Barber quarter is an unquestionable near-gem as sporting brilliant reflectance and multi-color toning. As usual for proof strike, angled viewing under a bright light is necessary to fully appreciate the mirrors and coloration. Let's start with the obverse. The in-hand grayish profile transitions to intermixed rose and blues along with golden hues are the periphery. The reverse presents gorgeous watery mirrors and a full cameo effect. The strike is hammered. With a 10x, a well hidden obverse line is seen below the ear otherwise the surfaces are unabraded.
