From an old time U.S. gold collection arrives this scarce 1912 issue with a mintage of only 149,750. Again, GFRC is pleased to be offering these $20 Saints given the strong presentation in the primary focal area. Liberty's face, including lips, are fully detailed with pristine surrounding fields. Granular frosted luster and vibrant cartwheels are enjoyed under a bright light. The balance of the surfaces are essentially unabraded with only a mark in the left middle obverse field warranting mention. Light to medium honey-gold is the coloration. The offer price is right in the middle of 2023 auction records and is quite competitive. Housed in PCGS Gen 4.3 (2005) holder.
