This Wicker Park 1895-O offering is one of 1,766,000 struck with 23 certified by PCGS at the MS64 level. The label indicates that this near-gem carries the well known D.L. Hansen pedigree and deservedly so. This piece exhibits rich mint bloom resulting in frosted radiance that is consistent on both sides. There are ample cartwheels under viewed under angled lighting. Toning is limited to a narrow band of peripheral orange-gold on the obverse while the reverse has more extensive toning with hints of blue at the rims. The overall strike is complete too. The fields are entirely unabraded. Housed in PCGS Gen 6.0 (2015-2020) holder with special D.L. Hansen Collection silver label.
