R5 		Market Acceptable $195 Rare Reverse Cud, Web-Book Plate Coin, Former Gerry Fortin Reference Collection. Fans of Liberty Seated coinage with die cuds should pay special attention to this rare 1875 F-123a offering. This piece was submitted to the Fortin web-book project during 2005 by Dr. Tom Cook given an internal reverse die cud at 7:00. This piece was subsequent returned and remained in Dr. Cook's collection for two decades before being released for sale. The ANACS gradings stated corroded and cleaned though the actual coin is in much better condition that this assignment suggests. A darker gray patina covers the obverse while the reverse has steely fields and similar toning. Under a bright and with 10x, the severe die crack on the lower reverse is notable.
