Gem $1100 New March 5! Ideal Coronet Design Type, First Rate Eye Appeal, Coppery-Gray, Pristine Surfaces. GFRC does not have a vast early copper price list as I'm quite selective when purchasing this metal. The colors must be deeper chocolate and chocolate-gray for circulated example with a pristine planchet. What a surprise when Dr. Tim Cook include this 1822 Coronet example in his recent Liberty Seated dime consignment. Tim did very well with this purchase as the coloration is rich copper-gray with bold devices. The surfaces are entirely unabraded with light rub on the high points.
