Grading coins at the AU58/MS61 level can sometimes be more art than science, but it's clear in this case the graders were attracted by the radiating luster. Light, golden toning is highlighted by maroon rims, particularly on the obverse at stars 1 to 3. A few lines are evident on Liberty's cheek, but the story here is the mint bloom evident even in the usual problem areas of Liberty's cap, cheek, and bust truncation. Housed in a PCGS Gen 3.1 (1993-1996) old green holder with CAC approval.
