The Barber quarters spanned 1892 through 1916. While three of the individual dates/mintmarks are scarce to rare (and costly) in any condition, completing a date set is easily achievable. The 1892 coins were often used in Chicago at the Columbian Exposition becoming stretched or rolled. The 1916 dates saw the growth of many new series and significant artistic improvement. Proof examples exist for each year except 1916, and collecting the set of Proofs is increasingly popular.
