This is a sharply struck example with distinct star centers and pinpoint detail in the eagle feathers. WB-33, with a diagonal line joining E in STATES with the rim. A few of so-called proofs come from the WB-33 die pair, and, with the sharp strike and prooflike surfaces, it's easy to see why this attribution might be made despite the lack of any contemporary designation as such.
