$350 		Repunched 9, Heavily Cracked Dies, Choice Original, Gerry Fortin Reference Collection. A marvelous 1891 F-114a dime with both repunched 9 digit in the date and mintmark. Both dies are also heavily cracked with wire rims and a fair amount of rim cudding on the obverse. Under a bright light, the fields present undisturbed steely frosted luster with intermixed rose-blue on the obverse along with a yellow-gold peripheral ring. The reverse is primarily center aquamarine with gold borders. I'm certainly partial to this piece and believe it is undergraded with no CAC attempt. Let's issue a JUST BUY IT NOW recommendation.
