$265 		Rare Die Pairing, Crusty Coin Grtay, Perfectly Choice, Gerry Fortin Reference Collection.. The 1841-O F-105 die pairing features the F-106 obverse paired with a second reverse die. This reverse has a Small O mintmark that is positioned left and high. There are traces of a die crack between the top of the letters (ST)A(TE)S. A check of the GFRC Sales Archive has revealed that the F-107 die pairing is rare to the point of not sales listings. As a result, I've increased the F-107 rarity rating to R5+. This example is the plate coin within The Definitive Resource for Liberty Seated Dime Variety Collectors and is fully choice. Surfaces are layered with a crusty gray patination and entirely unblemished.
