Description: Estes Skytracer model rocket kit #1361 was marketed for only two years in the 1981 and 1982 catalogs. The Skytracer is a skill level 2 small sized exotic design measuring only 13" tall. The kit packaging is typical Estes 1980 era with pinkish red background facecard, an overlaid grey Skytracer rocket in flight coupled with a black paper hang tag. Estes emphasizes the wingtip laser cannons and exotic nose cone canopy made from plastic parts.
Kit Contents: The Estes Skytracer kit contains a main body tube, two thruster tubes, plastic nose cone, one nozzle part set, laser and fin dowels, single die cut balsa sheets, two balsa nose cones, clay weight, an 18mm engine mount, multi color decal sheet, launch lug, 12" parachute and instruction sheet.
Availability: Estes Skytracer kits are infrequently seen on eBay and are considered to be very scarce.
