Description: The Estes Delta Wedge model rocket kit #1931 is essentially a cardboard constructed rocket except for the balsa nose cone. Kit was produced for four years and is found with combination black paper hang tag and colorful facecard.

Hang Tag (Header Card) Guide

The Delta Wedge is rated as a skill level 3 kit. It is powered by standard 18mm engines and Estes estimates that the rocket is capable of flights up to 1000 feet with a C engine. The rocket uses a 12" parachute for safe recovery.

Kit Contents: The kit contains a body tube, balsa nose cone with screw eye, die cut cardboard stock, decal sheet, lead weight, launch lug and instruction sheet.

Availability: The Delta Wedge kit is scarce on eBay and could take many months to locate an example. Most kits seen are in excellent condition as the flat cardboard contents makes for easy storage in a box with no large diameter tubes to be crushed or die cut balsa to be broken.
