Comments: White metal example with hand cut dies. Obverse exhibits an oversized Liberty surrounded by small legend UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Reverse wreath is also oversized with a large bold S mintmark. Denticles are inconsistent on both obverse and reverse.
Rare as only one example seen by Greer.
