Comments: Greer comments that an unusual situation exists with the Philadelphia dimes from 1863-1867.  High grade 
circulated business strikes can bring higher prices than PR60 proofs.  Since most of today's collectors prefer 
business strikes over proofs, the lower availability of business strikes can drive prices higher than proofs of the
