The grading serves populations remain lower than expected for the recorded mintage of slightly over one million pieces. This MS63 certified example is accurate graded with steely surfaces and old album mottled toning on the obverse. Reverse toning is peripheral gold. Under a bright light, the radiance is thoroughly pleasing. Previously housed in an NGC holder with part of the Gerry Fortin Reference Collection and utilized as F-108 plate coin within The Definitive Resource for Liberty Seated Dime Variety Collectors online reference.
