Honestly, I don't know what the CACG graders were thinking when examining this 1876-CC F-116 dime during the start-up phase of this new grading service. The piece is 100% original with bold frosted luster and light wear on the high points. The luster is uniform on both sides. Priced at a tad below AU bid and worth a grading shot at the other TPGs if you can get the coin out of its CACG holder.
