Comments: Obverse 13 is lightly rusted, with no significant diagnostic defects. Reverse L is also lightly rusted, with the D(I)ME being sharply doubled. A die crack exits the left stem end and moves horizontally through the top of the left C and through the center of the right C mintmark.
