Comments: Both C's in the mintmark have a strong upward slope. The right C touches the right ribbon end. Doubling is clearly evident in ONE DIME, however the photograph provides limited details of the doubling. The lower shield on Obverse 23 has several diagonal die lines that cross through shield lines 3 to 9. The die lines are faint and would be better seen on a higher grade coin.
