Comments: The examples seen to date from Obverse 14 have been slightly prooflike. The Obverse 14 design elements are well defined and sharp as compared to the high frequency of rusted obverse dies. Reverse M shows doubling on ONE DIME with the E's being strongly doubled. There are faint die cracks in the left and right lower wreath. A die crack crosses through the Small CC mintmark, then into the rim.
