Comments: In this later die state, both the obverse and reverse dies continue to degrade and show severe erosion. Obverse 6 is very weak and is missing most of LIBERTY on the scroll on a Mint State coin. Reverse G continues to exhibit the bold die doubling on both E's in ONE DIME and this remains the primary diagnostic. When considering the entire Liberty Seated dime series, this variety and die state ranks near the top of severely eroded dies still employed for coinage.

This late die state variety is moderately scarce and I believe to be more obtainable than the rarer early die state with the date repunching .
