Comments: Ahwash refers to Obverse 2 as the "normal date" in his Encyclopedia. There is considerable weakness in the base directly above the 8, 7, and 9 digits. There are long die scratches in the leaves on the lower left wreath.

I have found proofs from this die pairing to be the more "common" of the available proof strikes.
