Comments: The parallel die scratches to the right of Stars 1 and 3, from the earlier die state, have been polished away. The die crack at 12:00 from rim through Liberty's head down to neckline becomes stronger and more visible. A faint die crack starts at cap, then proceeds from Star 9 through Star 13. Another significant die crack starts at the rim to the right of Star 10 and joins Stars 11 through 13. Another die crack joins the base of 183 digits.

In the Reverse F.4 die state, Reverse F exhibits multiple die cracks from the rim to legend. Moving clockwise, die crack from wreath through (S)TATES to rim, another from top of STAT(E) to rim. Again die crack from tops of letters (A)MER(IC)A to rim. Reverse F is rotated left by 18 degrees during this die state.
