Comments: Both Obverse 1 and Reverse A have been polished. Device details on both dies are shallower than Variety 101. The die scratches above the pendant, the repunching on the crossbar of the 4 digit and the die rust within Liberty's hair curls are still visible during this interim die state.

The die line between the rim and (UN)ITED has been polished away on Reverse B. The Large Thin O mintmark continues to maintain its shape and center oval. Die cracks are visible from AME(R)ICA to rim and from the right ribbon end to the rim below right stem end.
