Comments: A large die scratch in the upper right shield identifies Obverse 2. This scratch starts at the scroll above LIBE(R)TY and moves diagonally through the shield edge and into the gown.

Reverse B has been polished with the left wreath devices being especially weak. The polishing has eliminated the end of the left ribbon.
