Obverse Diagnostic Point(s)

Comments: Obverse 5 presents an obvious misplaced date. An extra flag of the 1 digit can be seen immediately to the right of the scroll end. The date is positioned high with a sharp downward slope. The misplaced date was first identified by the author in 1999. Reverse die is perfect.
