Comments: Obverse 4 exhibits a medium date with upward slope. The primary diagnostic markers are two die scratches starting at the left edge of the shield and proceeding right through shield lines 1 and 2. Additional die scratches are found in the gown folds directly above the left side of the shield.

Reverse E features heavy die lines between the rim and A(MERI)CA. Traces of die lines are seen on the lower left side of the reverse die between rim and UNIT(E)D. There is heavy flash around the bow.
